I enjoyed a wonderful weekend with my sister the past few days. Shopping, great conversation, some pantry organization, and lots of meals.
Oh, and sangria. Yummy, peach, sangria. I entertained the thought of having a pitcher full of this luxury readily available in my fridge at all times, then realized I have 3 kids and a job, so I decided against it.
Anyway, on one of our shopping trips we went to Anthropolgie. One of my favorite places to shop. Luckily the one closest to us is just inconvenient enough that I don’t go often. So it is always a special treat when I get to go to one.
The self-help and self-growth addict that I am, I was head over heels when I saw this laying on a table.
I picked it up immediately.
The first page suckered me in.
Then I saw the rest of the planner and was in love. I started filling in out first thing this morning.
I think it is great for making self-growth goals. Sometimes we are just not sure of what we want or how we want to focus our attention, and that leads to chaotic thinking that seems to be out of our control. But once you set some goals for yourself, for your thinking, for your body, then you can make decisions more easily based on those goals and settle your thinking down.
Is worrying about tommorow’s dentist appointment helpful? No. Then stop thinking about it. Think about the sunshine today. Meditate. Do the laundry. Keep your mind busy with other things.
What do you think of the Happiness Planner? Do you have one, or another version of one?
